Well, here we are.

Out of curiosity, I did some maths. Beginning at Chapter 320, which was also my first article with this website, I have now reviewed a total of 251 chapters of Fairy Tail, thanks to Fairy Tail Zero, the Special Side Stories, the random Spin-offs by other artists, and of course the main series which ends today with this final extended chapter. And how was it? Well, let's find out together, shall we?

After this chapter, I truly do believe that the doors are always open as well.

Fairy Tail Chapter 544 Review - You're the King

And so we come to a close with this blasted war, an arc that I plan to review in full later on so keep an eye out for that in the near future. For now, let's focus on the ups and downs of this chapter alone and maybe together, we can figure out if this was a pile of excrement or a crown made of something that isn't excrement. Like gold. I hear crowns like to be made of gold.

Anime Review - BlazBlue: Alter Memory

I can't remember the last time I watched an anime that was so... anime! The series opens with an angsty man in a ridiculous outfit fighting a psycho girl with a firm behind that can transform, while Gin Ichimaru watches from afar with a smirk on his face. I was starting to feel like I was watching a stew of tropes, which is surprising because this is based on the hit fighting series of the same name.

Attack on Titan - Why It's Not Perfect

A surprisingly difficult one.

In 2013, Attack on Titan aired their first anime season and it completely took over the world. It was chaotic and insane, with everyone unable to admit the epicness of the series. Cosplay ranged from typical Survey corps uniforms to the creepy skinless Colossal Titan trying to look kawaii (no seriously) and for a while, no other anime even bothered existing because of the tank this series was. Nobody saw any problems... but they existed. And now, we turn to them for the latest instalment in WINP! And in all honesty... this one was difficult because of how boring the series can actually be when you peel the animation and music away. I found some though!

You know, it's a funny story but I was actually planning to write a positive article about One Piece for once, hoping to balance out how I've been towards One Piece fans since this blog began... then they pissed me off. You see, over the past few weeks in comment sections and clickbait articles and even chapter releases of Fairy Tail on manga websites, I have noticed that no fan can admit to any flaws of this series, yet will also shit on Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail and many others from their self-appointed throne. So because of this, the "Top 10 One Piece Villains" I had planned to release has been delayed... time for another nitpicking article instead! This one has been a long time coming and I am glad to share it today! Finally actually because I've been considering this one for months...

Why does Franky look like he's trying to eat me? And why does a pirate crew need an archaeologist like Nico Robin anyway? Is it because she's hot? I bet it's because she's hot.

Fairy Tail Chapter 540 Review - Harmony

Now this feels like the set-up for a final battle! It was a bumpy road to get here and even the destination itself is probably going to have some troubles, but it was hard not to at least feel some blood pumping during this big reunion of badasses!

Um... Cobra? Can you just swap places with Rogue? They need to be together, ta.

So to celebrate the temporary return of one of the best Shonens of all time, created by the controversial Yoshihiro Togashi, I have been requested by Kudakwashe Timba to add Hunter x Hunter to my WINP schedule. Now this feels more like a final battle!

I am back from my break and ready to continue, and it is hard for me to deny a slight fanboy delight at what we got. Yes, there were flaws and of course I am going to go over them without mercy, but I couldn't help but smile while thinking about these two chapters overall. Sue me, I'm feeling optimistic for once!

Ah Tenrou Island. The arc that brought FT to a surprisingly great level of fun.
